About
Cameo Moscow Villas - is an implemented project of the WALL Bureau. The complex comprises 17 urban villas, ranging from 230 to 445 square meters. Among them are six two-story villas and eleven three-story villas with open terraces on the top floors.
The design of the complex is characterized by the intentional rotation of the villa buildings at various angles. This design approach enhances the individuality and uniqueness of each villa, creating a sense of privacy and tranquility. It also affords distinct and diverse views from each unit.
As a Lead Architect, I ran this project in the competition stage, which our team had won. After winning the competition I led the second stage - I was responsible for the hole design solutions - plans, facades. I also made drafts and a 3D BIM model, communicated with engineers, and presented the architectural solutions at the Moscow Building Control.
