five stories
About
Five Stories is a complex of five different villas, connected in one complex, located in Bali. Each villa has its unique layout with various interior solutions, such as a large atrium in the living room, a window in the bathroom, a spiral staircase, and other features.
Every unit is positioned so that each one offers a view of the evergreen rice paddies from the large balconies.
The villas float on top of each other, overlapping and adjoining.
It's my first residential project in my own practice. Being a Lead Architect I developed a masterplan, designed the image of the building and presented the full concept to a client. Also, I was responsible for making a 3D model, forming the task for a visualizer, making drafts, and transferring them to an Indonesian engineering company.
The project is under construction now.
