About
Based on typical, efficient office floor plans, the building volumes are from 8 to 23 stories high, to maintain a rectangular form. The rectangles are distributed across the plot to create an appropriate street facade along the Komsomolsky prospect and open window views to the Moscow River.
The volumes vary in height, and together with the different material facades, create a collective yet individual character, a sort of unified family of buildings that are related yet different.
As a Lead Architect, I was responsible for the image of the complex, masterplan, and architectural solutions. I also made the drafts, the 3D model, prepared and transferred information to a visualizer.
